4th Grade Reunion

A few weeks ago I posted my fourth grade class photo from Dailey elementary. These kids came from all over the valley to be placed in a GATE (Gifted and talented) class, and many of us would go on to be the first 6th grade class at Manchester GATE. I was always so amazed by the sheer intelligence of all of these kids! I tagged a few facebook friends in it, who in turn tagged more. Yesterday, I had the chance to meet with some of the kids in the picture and our teacher Elaine Okada  .It brought back such wonderful memories and a chance to thank the woman who was my teacher in 4th and 6th grade.As we were saying our goodbyes, who should walk in but Judy Jarman, one of my Master teachers when I did my student teaching! It was quite a reunion filled day! I was thrilled! :)

Wendi, Karen, Renee and Mrs. Okada thanks so much for such a beautiful afternoon. Wendi, your son is adorable, and Karen your husband is awesome! Mrs. Okada, thanks for the PRIZE too!! I am so blessed to know you all! I know we are planning to meet again in December, and hopefully more of the Dailey Dragons and Manchester GATERS can join us.
